| 2015年3月11日、柏市豊四季台地域における市民向け講座「くるるセミナー 高齢期の暮らしと健康を考える」において、終末期の意思決定支援に関連するセミナーが開催されました。このセミナーは、共同研究グループ１の教員と院生が企画・実施・運営に携わってきたものです。全4回の最終回となる今回は、沼南地域包括支援センターの山口様と佐藤様が講師として、沼南地域で作成されている「私ののぞみノート」について解説し、60名ほどの参加者の方々には実際にノートに記入する体験をしていただきました。 前半は、昭和の年表を片手に、自分史を記入していただきながら、参加者の方々のお話を伺い、後半は、財産の処分や終末期医療や介護などの項目について解説を聞いていただきました。セミナー終了後には、参加者の方から「自分のためというよりも、まわりの家族が困らないためにノートを使ってみたい」、「修正したり、追加したりするには紙媒体よりも電子媒体のノートがよいのではないか」などのご意見をいただきました。 また、当日、NHKの番組ディレクターの方がいらっしゃり、セミナーの様子や参加者の方々の声を取材されていきました。 |

| On March 11, 2015, a Kururu seminar for Kashiwa citizens related to decision-making support entitled “Considering Daily Life and Health Later in Life” was held. This seminar was organized, implemented, and managed by faculty, master’s, and doctoral students in Collaborative Research Group #1. The seminar, which was the fourth and final seminar in the series, included a lecture from Mr. Yamaguchi and Mr. Sato, members of the Shonan community general support center. The lecture focused on the use of the “My Wishes Notebook,” and allowed the approximately 60 participants in attendance to fill out their own notebooks. During the first half of the seminar, participants were provided with a chronological table of the history of the Showa Era and were asked to write their own personal histories. In the latter half of the seminar, participants were offered information on disposal of one’s property, end-of-life care, and nursing care. After the seminar, one participant said, “I would like to use this notebook not just for myself but for my family, to protect them from any trouble.” Another said, “The electronic media might be better than the paper version when it needs to be revised or amended.” An NHK program director covered the seminar and collected comments from the participants on the day of the event. |
