第６回イヴニングサロン開催のお知らせ
今年最後となったイヴニングサロン。報告者は東京大学高齢社会総合研究機構特任助教の朴孝淑さんです。
日本と韓国の定年制を素材に、高齢者雇用のあり方についてみなさんと考えます。

テーマ：「これからの高年齢者雇用のあり方について考えよう──日本と韓国の定年制を素材として−」
概要：近年、高年齢者の雇用延長の政策的要請が強まるなかで、企業の人事労務管理として退職や処遇のルールをいかに再設計するかが問われている。
韓国では、2014年に高年齢者雇用法を改正し、60歳以上の定年を義務化している。
日本でも、2012年の高年齢者雇用安定法改正を契機として、両国ともに高年齢者雇用をめぐる問題が重要な労働法的問題として論じられている。
今回は高年齢者雇用に関する様々な問題の中から以下の2点に絞って紹介・検討する。
（1）韓国の改正高齢者雇用法について
（2）日本と韓国における「定年制」をめぐる諸労働法的問題について

Theme: “ Elderly employment moving forward: use of the mandatory retirement systems in Japan and Korea as examples.
Summary: Amid the growing number of requests for the extension of elderly employment, it is crucial to reconstruct rules for retirement and benefits for corporate labor management within HR departments.
In Korea, the Law for Employment of the Aged was revised in 2014. Retirement became mandatory for individuals 60 years of age or older. In the wake of amendments to the Law for Stabilization of Employment of the Aged, various issues regarding elderly employment are being discussed as critical labor regulations in both countries.
Two items from the various issues regarding elderly employment will be discussed:
1.The amended Law for Employment of the Aged in Korea
2.Various labor law issues regarding retirement age in Japan and Korea
