地域包括ケアシステムの拠点がまたひとつオープン

4月14日　東京大学高齢社会総合研究機構では、柏市、ＵＲ都市機構と協力して、2009年から豊四季台団地及びその周辺地域（豊四季台地域）で、高齢化に対応したまちづくりを進めてきましたが、このたび「地域包括ケアシステム」の拠点となるサービス付き高齢者住宅「ココファン柏豊四季台」が竣工の運びとなりました。 写真は竣工式の様子です。 ■施設外観　１階には訪問看護ステーションや薬局、生活支援サービス等の事務所が入る。

On April 14^th, the Kokofan Kashiwa Toyoshikidai elderly housing complex opened. The complex is a major location for the community-based care system, and is the result of efforts made by the IOG, Kashiwa City, and the Urban Renaissance Agency. The organizations have been promoting practical, concrete measures to accommodate the growing aging population.
