秋入学者の応募について

  1.  本プログラムに参加する専攻の修士課程または博士課程に平成26(2014)年10月に入学予定の者で本コース生に応募することを希望する者は、申請書類を平成26（2014）年9月24日（水）17:00までに提出してください。
  2. 選抜結果の発表は、平成26（2014）年9月30日（火）13:00に高齢社会総合研究機構掲示板に掲示するとともに、申請者全員に対し、選抜の結果をメールまたは郵送で連絡します。
  3. 採用手続書類は、平成26（2014）年9月30日（火）13:00から、高齢社会総合研究機構で配付を開始します。採用内定者は、採用手続要領により、平成26（2014）年10月8日（水）までに必要な採用手続（採用手続書類の提出）を行ってください。所定の期間内に採用手続を行わない場合は、採用内定を辞退したものとして取り扱います。

Regarding fall term enrollment:

  1.  1. Individuals who are scheduled to enroll in master/doctoral courses in one of the participating departments in October 2014 and who wish to enroll in the GLAFS program are requested to submit their application forms by Wednesday, September 24th at 5:00 PM.
  2. 2. The screening results will be posted on the IOG bulletin board on Tuesday, September 30th at 1:00 PM and will be sent to all applicants via either e-mail or postal mail.
  3. 3. We will start distributing admission related documents at the IOG on Tuesday, September 30th at 1:00 PM. Prospective students must submit the admission related documents by Wednesday, October 8th, 2014, in accordance with admission procedure guidelines. If applicants do not complete the necessary procedures during the indicated period, their acceptance will be regarded as declined.
